Born and raised in NJ, Suzanne spent over 23 years in Risk Management where she served as a Vice President of Operations working with her team to develop integrated technology based outsourcing solutions for the banking industry. She lead a team in partnership with other vendors to design, launch and manage one of the first fully mortarless internet banks. She left to raise a family and manage the operations of her husbands Architectural practice There she studied the complexities of both residential zoning rules and variance applications. Her background in business combined with her experience in Residential Architecture led to her to pursue a career in real estate.
