Resident since 1971 & Full time Realtor since 1992. With Charter One North Realty and ranked in the top 11% of the market. He was the 1998 & 2013 Realtor of the Year and 2000 & 2006 President of Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors. In 2013 he was selected as the SC Realtor Advocate of the year.1995-2010 Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Years 2010-2017 he has served on the SC RPAC board of Trustees. 2016 as Chair for the SC Realtors RPAC campaign. Also 2017 National Association of Realtor’s RPAC Participation Chair for SC. Member of the 2017-2018 South Carolina Realtor’s Legislative Committee
