Betsy Bradley

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, and a frequent visitor to Vail since 1970, I made Vail my permanent home in 1994. I consider the Vail Valley to be the perfect place to live, work and play - a "real life" in Paradise. I have lived in several wonderful areas of the country and have held Real Estate licenses in Georgia (1976), Vermont (1988), New Hampshire (1991) and Colorado (2003). Real Estate has been my full-time profession since 2003.

Prior to 2003, my diverse background includes extensive experience in the hospitality industry: restaurant ownership; creation and ownership of a Historic Bed & Breakfast Inn in Woodstock, Vermont; and creation and ownership of successful, upscale nightclubs in Vail and Aspen, Colorado. Combined with my lifelong work in Interior Design & Renovation, are years of experience in both residential and commercial Real Estate sales, development and investment.

I expect to earn trust and loyalty through honesty, intergrity, knowledge and hard work. My career goal is to create lifetime clients by providing the highest level of custormer service and by constantly striving to exceed expectations in every transaction. I maintain a customer-focused approach in all of my work and rely on my wide range of knowledge and experience to help guide my clients through the challenging and exciting process of buying and selling real estate in this very special Valley.

The WONDERFUL Vail Valley

Almost everyone knows that Vail is the best ski mountain on the planet, offering an incredible variety of skiing terrain, unsurpassed snow conditions, great restaurants & nightlife and an annual ski season pass that's not only affordable, but good for skiing at 7 world class resorts around the country. That just about covers the Winter months.

What many people don't know is that Vail is even more beautiful - and just as vibrant - in the Summer months, offering some of the finest golf, hiking, biking, fishing, music, dance and entertainment to be found in any community of any size. Vail is the summer home of the Dallas Symphony, the Philadelphia Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic - no small potatoes musically!  In addition, Vail is home to the International Festival of Dance, featuring some of the finest Ballet companies and Contemporary Dance troupes from around the globe, as well as the World Ballroom Dancing Champions. Add to this our Hot Summer Nights series (free outdoor concerts), the Vilar Performaing Arts Center, the Vail Film Festival, the Vail Jazz Festival, the weekly Vail Farmers' Market & Art Show, the Teva Mountain Games, the USA Pro-Cycling Challenge (America's Tour de France), 3 unique Oktoberfests - and Vail can hold its own in any Resort Community contest.

The breadth, depth and quality of activities offered in the Vail Valley, as well as the stunning beauty of the area, have attracted a large, diverse and involved community of vacation and second-home owners who add to the texture and excitement surrounding this place that is "Vail". As I write this, opportunities in real estate abound. If you know of anyone looking for investment property, a second home or just a great place to live in one of the most beautiful, healthy, clean, exciting and friendly places in the USA, give me a call!
