In 1989, Darryl Baskin entered the real estate industry as a young associate determined to bring a different experience to buyers and sellers.

"I saw a real need for younger agents to serve home buyers and sellers... The market at the time was served by agents over 50 years old and doing things the same way they had always been done," Baskin said.

Today, Baskin heads The Baskin Real Estate Specialists with McGraw Realtors closing more than $35 million in annual sales in the Tulsa metropolitan area. His innovative marketing approach specializes in high-tech service emphasizing convenience for his clients with a weekly radio show and television show, The Future of Real Estate that broadcasts on Tulsa's most listened to talk radio station, KRMG.com (am 740 and fm 102.3.) He also is a partner at McGraw Realtors, and owns the Ice House Fitness Center in Bixby, OK and Access Fitness of Wagoner, OK.

"I truly enjoy helping people improve the way they look, which changes the way they feel about themselves which improves their self esteem and results in life-changing effects," Baskin said.

Baskin is on the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents, accepted into Cyberstars, a tech savvy Realtor group; and Star Power, high-volume agents who share experience and train at national events.  He also serves on the Northeastern Oklahoma Real Estate Services Rules and Regulations Committee and the Oklahoma Association of Realtors Grievance Committee.

In June 2003 he was named Star of the Month for Star Power, a designation for Realtors with high annual sales volume and average over 200 transactions per year.  He is a top-producing sales associate with McGraw Realtors and a past recipient of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtor's Sales Associate of the Year award. His business, Ice House Fitness center, was awarded the 2005 New Small Business of the Year by the Bixby Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has been listed in Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.

His civic involvement includes serving on the board of Court Appointed Special Advocates, providing a voice for neglected and abused children in court as well as being on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement. In addition, Baskin and his wife, Teresa, have fostered approximately 20 children since 1993 – seven of which they've adopted.

Baskin also serves on the board of Oral Roberts University Golden Eagle Club.  In the past, Baskin has served on the boards of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and Bixby Chamber of Commerce.
