Bill Milliken

Bill Milliken was elected as a trustee and serves as vice-chair of the board of trustees of Washtenaw Community College. He was 2013 president of Michigan Realtors and is broker/owner of Milliken Realty Co., the Ann Arbor commercial real estate brokerage firm he founded in 1996.
He was appointed to a 2-year term on the executive committee of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and served a 3-year term on the NAR board of directors. Bill was 2019 chair of NAR's Commercial Committee. Previously he was an NAR Regional Vice-President.
Bill is a member of the executive committee of the CCIM Institute and serves on the Institute’s board of directors. He has done CCIM trade missions to Taipei (2015) and Mexico (2016) and was a delegate on CCIM's trade mission to China in 2006. He was named REALTOR@-of-the-Year by the Michigan Commercial Board of REALTORS@ and Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, respectively.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer appointed Bill to a 6-year term on the Mackinac Bridge Authority, on which he sits as vice-chair. He served as president of the Commercial Board of REALTORS@; a director of Republic Bancorp, board chair of the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce and of Michigan Planned Parenthood . Previously, he worked in Washington, D.C. for the U.S. Dept. of Justice and for NASA. He is a licensed private pilot, a car collector -- and has visited all 50 states.
