The Elizabeth Allardice Team - dedicated to providing first class real estate service throughout Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Durham, NC. While our focus is often marketing the “niche” luxury, relocation, and golf course markets we also enjoy helping families when it is time to up-size, down size, or just move to a home across town.
Elizabeth is committed, not only to her profession, but to her community. She was one of eight top producers in the country to serve on the charter advisory council for RE/MAX Internationals luxury brand (2003 then RE/MAX Renowned Properties) where she served for 3 years. She was asked again last year to join the advisory council for the new branding statement Collections. She is a founding member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and led the triangle area with one of the first CLHMS designations. One of the first in the region to advertise in luxury publications Unique Homes and Wall Street Journal she has maintained excellent first name relationships with publishers and is often called upon and quoted regarding upper tier properties.
Because of her reputation, Elizabeth has been asked to serve the industry in many capacities, which is a testimony to who she is and what she stands for.
