Meri Crandall

Meri Crandall boasts over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, marked by a distinguished career. Her achievements are numerous, from obtaining her broker’s license to being honored as one of America’s Top 100 agents. She has held influential roles such as president of the Washington County Board of REALTORS®, and has actively participated in local board and NAR committees. Meri's dedication to advocacy earned her induction into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame.

Meri's passion stems from her belief that homeownership is a fundamental American dream, and she tirelessly works to make this dream a reality for each of her clients. Her journey began in Lorain, Ohio, on the shores of Lake Erie. She pursued her education at Ohio University, earning an Associate Degree in Education. Her move to San Diego sparked a career shift into marketing and graphic design, followed by a pivotal encounter with a broker that set her on the path to real estate success during her tenure as Activities Director for Lawrence Welk Timeshare Villages in Escondido, California.

Relocating to Southern Utah, Meri continued to ascend in her career, serving as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and later as President of the Washington County Board of REALTORS®. Her introduction to Summit Sotheby’s International Realty through a friend from the Park City Board of REALTORS® emphasized their distinct approach to luxury real estate, which resonated deeply with Meri’s values and client-centric philosophy.

Beyond her professional achievements, Meri cherishes time with her family and finds joy in activities such as walking her dogs, biking, playing pickleball, kayaking, boating, golfing, traveling, and hosting friends. Her life motto reflects her positive outlook and gratitude for each day: "Live every minute as if it were your last, wake up every day with a smile on your face, and always be thankful for every day you are allowed to live."
