Trade Addresses, Inc: www.tradeaddresses.com is a portal for high end residential and commercial properties to be showcased on the internet. It is a lead generator and all AREA listing are automatically posted on that site.
Invest-American (INVA): www.invest-american.com is an affiliate organization dedicated to assisting international firms establish operations in the USA. All members of AREA in the USA are automatically “affiliates” of this organization to assist in relocation services.
THE OPERATIONS TEAM
At the core of AREA’s operations are key members who play a pivotal role in providing the coordination necessary for the association to work.
Carl Bosse – AREA Director and President
He is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service where he earned a degree, with honors, in international trade and transportation. He was part of the original team that developed the first industrial Park in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, which ultimately became the standard for how foreign ownership through trusts is obtained in Mexico. He moved to Green Valley, Arizona (20 miles south of Tucson) in the mid 70’s where he worked in managing and developing residential and commercial properties. Among those is America’s only accredited continuing care retirement community (La Posada) where he was involved in both the development and marketing; and Madera Reserve a 400 acre, high end residential development in which he partnered with Diamond Ventures of Tucson. He also was very heavily involved in developing and marketing Barrio de Tubac, in historic Tubac, Arizona. In 2007, seeing a void in the quickly changing real estate market, he began AREA. To date the company has recruited over 100 members in Canada, The United States and Mexico to be members. The organization will celebrate its 9th annual retreat in 2015. Previous conventions were held in Tucson, Denver (2); Seattle, San Antonio, Las Vegas, New Orleans and Napa, California. The Napa meeting was attended by 70% of the membership.
Suzanne Cooper of Ridgewood, New Jersey, is taking on an active role in AREA to assist in coordination of special projects.
The company maintains a Liaison Committee consisting of several current members. Chairwoman is Diana Bull of Santa Barbara, California. Diana is, like so many others, very active in the National Association of Realtors. Vice Chairman is Ken Libby of Stowe, Vt.
